Phenna Group was founded in 2018 and has grown through acquisition across the testing, inspection, certification, and compliance sector. We’re rolling out NetSuite across EMEA and are hiring an RTR Manager in Milan to help put strong finance foundations in place across our European businesses.
The role
You’ll lead Record-to-Report for your entities: monthly, quarterly, and annual close, financial statements, and management reporting. You’ll review journals, accruals, and reconciliations, keep the balance sheet clean, and make sure reporting complies with IFRS and Italian GAAP. You’ll also support audits, strengthen controls,
and play a key part in the NetSuite implementation, finding opportunities to automate and standardise along the way.
What we’re looking for
- Experience leading the financial close in a multi-entity business
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Italian GAAP (OIC)
- Experience supporting audits and improving internal controls
- Experience coaching and developing a team
- ERP implementation experience (NetSuite is a strong advantage)
- Fluent Italian and English
