SAP S/4HANA PP Senior Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team and help clients transform their manufacturing and production planning processes with SAP S/4HANA.
Location: Milan or Turin
Your Role & Responsibilities
As part of an international team, you will deliver client-facing SAP projects, supporting organizations as they design, implement, and improve their SAP S/4HANA solutions. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to translate business needs into effective, sustainable outcomes, including:
- Leading or contributing to SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) implementations, transformations, and rollouts.
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional designs, process flows, and SAP configuration.
- Supporting end-to-end production planning processes, including demand management, material requirements planning, production orders, capacity planning, and shop-floor execution.
- Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and advising clients on SAP PP capabilities and leading practices.
- Coordinating with other SAP modules and technical teams to support end-to-end process integration.
- Contributing to testing, data migration, cutover, training, and post-go-live support.
- Building trusted client relationships and supporting project teams in delivering measurable business results.
Background & Experience
- You have a degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- You have at least 5 years of experience delivering SAP PP projects, including hands-on configuration and implementation work.
- You have experience with SAP S/4HANA and a strong understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes.
- You can gather and analyze requirements, develop functional specifications, and communicate recommendations clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
- You have strong problem-solving, presentation, and teamwork skills, with a client-focused and collaborative approach.
- You are comfortable working in an international environment and communicating in English; proficiency in Italian is an advantage. Other European languages are a plus.
- You are willing to travel domestically and internationally when project needs require it.
