Eurowind Energy is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage construction of its Italian energy projects within technologies such as wind, solar and battery storage. Based on a full value chain from greenfield project development to energy trading, more than 700 team members are dedicated to creating a greener future fueled with nothing but renewable energy!Your RoleAs a Senior Project Manager, you'll be overall responsible for the EPC phase of projects.The role covers responsibilities such as managing internal stream works, external stakeholders (engineering firms, suppliers, contractors, advisors, etc.), cost and time controlling and reporting against budget, and safety & quality monitoring.Your key responsibilities:Project Delivery & ExecutionLead project delivery from FID to COD and hand overing to the AM teamCoordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activitiesPlanning, Scheduling and ControllingDevelop WBS, master schedule, milestones and look-ahead plansMonitor progress and implement corrective actionsCost Control and Commercial ManagementManage project budget, forecast and cost deviationsManage variations,
claims and contract complianceContractor and Site ManagementCoordinate contractors across civil, electrical and HV worksResolve site issues and ensure proper sequencingStakeholder and Authority ManagementInterface with authorities, TSOs/DSOs and stakeholdersEnsure regulatory and permit complianceHSEQEnsure compliance with HSE and quality requirementsRisk and ReportingMaintain risk register and issue logsProvide regular reporting to managementCommissioning and HandoverLead commissioning and energizationEnsure successful handover to Asset ManagementWe are seeking an experienced candidate who has worked several years with the construction in Italy of wind and PV plants. The ideal candidate should possess an engineering background or equivalent technical experience within the industry and possess several of the competencies below:Bachelor’s degree in civil or electrical engineering. Master’s degree in engineering is a plus.5+ years of project management experienceExperience in renewable energy or infrastructure projectsStructured approach to project management, effectively managing risks, and delivering projects on time and within budget.Experienced in Project and contract managementThorough understanding and implementation of projects in accordance with contractsCompetence in MS OfficeSelf-driven and results-oriented with a strong focus on solution delivery, collaboration,
and communicationTeam-player with experience with cross-border collaboration and activitiesAnalytical and process-oriented skillsAs a fast-growing company and in-country team we have the possibility to adapt the job position and tasks according to different profiles, as we plan to employ more project managers.Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 10 % of the time depending on project locations, are required as well.Renewable energy is our future.
