You'll establish and lead our Project Management Office and construction engineering function, and you'll be accountable for every project from permits and approvals through execution and final handover: on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards. The role is fully remote with business trips, covering projects in the Middle East, Western Europe, Africa, and Latin America. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn delivery of a portfolio of high-end hospitality and luxury residential projects running in parallel,
from property acquisition and due diligence through planning, design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and operational handover /li liBuild and lead the Project Management Office (PMO), setting up project governance, planning, reporting, controls, and performance management across all projects /li liEstablish and manage the construction and engineering function, including site engineers, technical supervision, quality control, and construction standards /li liHold full accountability for portfolio-wide budgets, schedules, quality, risks, and resource allocation, so that delivery is predictable across every project /li liOversee contractors, cost management, and high-end finishing, applying sound technical and commercial judgement to protect quality and budget /li liManage relationships with local authorities, consultants, and statutory bodies to secure regulatory approvals without delaying the programme /li liLead multidisciplinary teams, build a culture of accountability, and hold project managers, consultants, and contractors responsible for results /li liSpot problems early, make decisions, and drive corrective actions, rather than simply reporting progress /li liGive leadership clear, regular reporting on portfolio status, risks, and escalations /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or an equivalent field /li li10+ years of experience in construction and development delivery,
including senior responsibility for multiple projects at the same time /li liProven track record delivering luxury residential and hotel or hospitality projects, managed as a portfolio rather than as a single project /li liExperience building or leading a PMO and a construction engineering function /li liHands-on experience with project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar /li liA hands-on, proactive, and decisive approach: structured, results-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail /li liFluent English /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liProject Management Certification /li liSpanish speaking skills (optional) /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liHigh-end international projects.
