Insurance Product Manager
Banca Generali is one of Italy’s leading private banking and wealth management institutions, specializing in wealth advisory, investments, insurance, and pension solutions designed to meet the needs of families, entrepreneurs, and professionals. The Insurance Products team at Banca Generali is responsible for defining, developing, and managing the Bank’s range of insurance products, including pension and protection solutions. The team oversees the entire product lifecycle, from design and commercial launch through ongoing maintenance and performance monitoring, working closely with insurance companies and various internal business functions. Key Responsibilities
- More specifically, the successful candidate will be involved in the following activities:
- Support the development of new products,
contributing to the definition of product features, customer value proposition and commercial positioning;
- Participate in product launch and offering review projects, coordinating interactions with Insurance Companies and relevant internal stakeholders;
- Gather and formalize business requirements and support the analysis, testing and implementation phases of application enhancements;
- Manage the maintenance of the existing product range, ensuring the necessary regulatory, contractual and operational updates;
- Contribute to the preparation of product documentation and materials for the distribution network;
