CUSTOMER OPERATIONS EXPERTS - LISBON - ITALIAN LANGUAGE - ACCOMMODATION

About the Job:

Are you looking to relocate and work abroad for your next career move ? We are currently looking for Customer Operations Experts who are fluent in Italian to support customer experience and journey on multiple projects in Lisbon.

Activities:

- Providing customer support over the phone, email and chat
- Be the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey
- Assist customers with questions, queries and information they might need

- Support customers with issues and problems to ensure a prompt resolution

Profile:

- You are very proficient in Italian (C2/C1 level) and have good level of English (B2)
- You are a problem solver
- You can work on rotating shifts
- You hold a valid right to work in the EU (EU citizen, EU passport ect..)
