Working at GerresheimerControlli attentamente tutta la documentazione richiesta per la candidatura prima di fare clic sul pulsante apposito in fondo a questa descrizione.Intercompany Order Desk SpecialistFull-timeJob DescriptionThe resource ensure the end-to-end coordination of intercompany orders across the Moulded Glass network, securing delivery reliability, product availability and efficient replenishment flows between supplying and receiving sites.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor intercompany orders in SAP, ensuring data accuracy, timely confirmations and adherence to delivery dates.Define and maintain MRP and replenishment parameters, balancing product availability, inventory levels and costs.Coordinate with Production Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Warehouse and plant teams to manage delays, shortages and supply issues.Monitor operational KPIs, including OTIF, inventory coverage, order backlog and overdue orders,
driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.Ensure data quality, accurate reporting and transparent communication of priorities, risks and supply status.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.Experience in order management, supply chain or logistics within an international environment.Good knowledge of SAP/ERP and Microsoft Excel; BI and reporting tools are a plus.Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian. xysqume Strong coordination and communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving, accuracy, proactivity, ownership and a customer-oriented mindset.Additional InformationGross Annual Salary range: 33.000,00 € - 45.000,00 €#J-18808-Ljbffr
