Senior Full-Stack Engineer — Ai & Product
P49 — a strategic hub for hybrid AI headquartered in Padova — builds human-centered AI products across multiple verticals: Miky, Call P49, Music Republic, Nova Astra and future ecosystem projects. We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with at least 10 years of experience, able to work across the entire stack and ship complete features from design to production. Learn more at p49.ai. THE MANDATE Make technical decisions with direct responsibility for product quality and evolution. Design and ship complete features, from frontend to backend, all the way to production. Integrate Large Language Models and AI workflows into real, AI-native products. Contribute to a modern, scalable and secure infrastructure. Work across multiple verticals of the ecosystem, with a key role in the product roadmap.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build complex, reusable frontend components (React 18, Type Script). Design APIs and backend services (Node.js, Postgre SQL). Data modelling and query optimization on Postgre SQL. Integrate AI models: tool calling, structured output, multi-provider orchestration. Realtime features with Web Socket and Server-Sent Events. Payments and subscription integrations; CI/CD pipelines and deployment. Code reviews, development standards and mentoring of junior developers. THE PROFILE At least 10 years of professional software development experience.
Advanced experience with Type Script, React and Node.js. Strong knowledge of Postgre SQL, API design and authentication systems. Experience with Docker, CI/CD and production applications. Solid software architecture foundations and ability to evaluate technical trade-offs. Autonomy in solving complex problems and thorough code reviews. Good command of technical English. Strong plus: Lovable Cloud/Supabase, Deno Edge Functions, Anthropic Claude or other LLMs, RAG, Python/Fast API, growing B2 C/B2 B products, GDPR.
TECH STACK Frontend: React 18, Type Script, Vite, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Tan Stack Query.
Backend: Node.js, Postgre SQL, Web Socket, SSE, Lovable Cloud (Supabase) and Deno Edge Functions.
AI: Anthropic Claude, multi-provider orchestration, tool calling, structured output.
Infrastructure: Docker, CI/CD, production deployment and monitoring. Python microservices (plus): Fast API, OCR, NLP, PII anonymization, vector search. CONTRACT Full-time on-site at our Padova office, Monday to Friday. Indicative salary €35,000–€45,000, based on experience, skills and level of responsibility.
