TechEx IT Support Analyst
NBCUniversal Italy is seeking an experienced TechEx Operations Analyst to deliver high-quality IT support across multiple channels. You will act as a primary contact for end users, handling incidents end-to-end and working with infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues.
The role requires hands-on support for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365, plus familiarity with ServiceNow and endpoint management tools. Some travel to other NBCUniversal locations may be required.
