This role requires a broad product vision, a hands‑on approach to problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate both internal resources and external partners in a dynamic and innovation -driven environment.Main activities:Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary R&D team of 3 –5 engineers, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and professional growthDrive the development of payment systems and digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product strategyManage Hardware, Firmware, Mobile, and Cloud development projects throughout their complete lifecycleDefine technical roadmaps, product architectures, and technology choices in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholdersCoordinate the integration of embedded devices, mobile applications, cloud platforms, and backend servicesEnsure effective collaboration among Hardware, Firmware, Software,
