Acting as the planning authority, you will lead schedule development, governance, and control across all project phases while supporting strategic decision-making through schedule analysis and forecasting. Working closely with project leadership, engineering, procurement, construction, and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and manage integrated resource-loaded master schedules using Primavera P6Lead schedule governance and ensure compliance with planning standards and proceduresCoordinate scheduling activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teamsConduct critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and schedule risk assessmentsProvide schedule reporting, progress analysis, forecasts, and mitigation plans to project and senior managementSupport claims management, change management,
and schedule impact assessmentsContribute to bid and tender schedules as well as project execution strategiesMentor and guide planners within project teamsDrive continuous improvement of planning tools, templates, and best practicesRepresent the Planning & Scheduling function in client and stakeholder meetingsShow your expertiseDegree in Engineering or a comparable qualification combined with relevant professional experienceMultiple years of planning and scheduling experience in large-scale capital projectsExperience within hyperscale Data Center, DTC, or high-tech industrial projects is strongly preferredAdvanced expertise in Primavera P6 and scheduling methodologiesStrong knowledge of planning, scheduling, critical path analysis, and forensic schedule analysisUnderstanding of construction sequencing, project execution, and commissioning strategiesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong leadership and stakeholder management capabilitiesVery good written and spoken English and Italian is requiredWillingness to travel and support project activities on-site when requiredThe salary range for this position is between € 34'400 and € 42'400 gross per year (full-time). xysqume The exact salary will be determined within this range based on objective and transparent criteria, including role scope, qualifications, and relevant professional experience.Contact:Please do not hesitate to contact Ugur Guezel via E-Mail at
