Yugo cerca un Residence Manager per garantire il buon funzionamento dei nostri spazi destinati agli studenti. Supervisionerai le attività quotidiane, incluse vendite, marketing, eventi e gestione dell’edificio, assicurando un’esperienza eccellente per studenti e residenti.
La figura coordinerà il team, monitorerà SLA di manutenzione, gestirà budget e rapporti con università e fornitori, e parteciperà alle emergenze e alla reperibilità. Si richiede leadership e resistente orientamento al servizio.
