Unisciti a noi per contribuire a far funzionare ciò che fa funzionare il mondo. /ph3Your Role And Responsibilities /h3pWe are seeking an experienced IT/IS project manager to lead our Motion IEC Low-Voltage Motors division’s global strategic initiatives, with particular focus on coordinating SAP Ariba SCC activities across the Motion Business Area. This role combines project management expertise with digital transformation responsibility, requiring the ability to self-organize and manage complex projects of varying sizes while acting as either an IS project manager or a combined Business/IS role. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end SAP Ariba solution implementations, drive cross-functional project teams, ensure seamless ERP integration, and continuously improve procurement and supply chain capabilities through training, best practice sharing, and alignment with ABB’s business objectives, while working closely with the global MOIM IS PMO and PF leadership. /ppIf you are passionate about leading strategical Divisional IS projects and coordinating the future MOIM ARIBA SCC path and activities and have a proven track record for these topics, we would love to hear from you. /ppThe work model for the role is: hybrid; /ppThe role is contributing to the Motion / IEC LV Motors globally. /ph3You Will Be Mainly Accountable For /h3ulliDriving IT/IS projects and contributing to continuous improvement of MOIM IS project management maturity. /liliLeading full lifecycle SAP Ariba SCC implementations, including planning, blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live,
and post-deployment support. /liliCoordinating ARIBA training programs and best practice sharing to ensure continuous improvement and optimal utilization of SAP Ariba solutions. /liliCollaborating with business stakeholders, external implementation partners, vendors, and SAP support teams to translate procurement requirements into functional specifications and deliver successful implementations. /li /ulh3Qualifications For The Role /h3ulli5-8 years of experience as an IS Project Manager role within a global matrix organization /liliExperience with SAP ARIBA SCC solution, as well as implementation, experience with Operative Procurement and Quality processes is a plus. /liliProven experience leading complex and distributed projects. /liliKnowledge of MM module in SAP ERPs is an advantage. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence and lead without direct authority. /liliProblem-solving ability, resourceful in identifying challenges and proposing tailored solutions to meet client expectations. /liliSelf-organized, self-structured with solid strategic understanding. /liliCustomer-centric approach, drive to understand the clients’ business and ability to prioritize their needs to deliver maximum value. /liliFluent English language skills. /li /ulh3More About Us /h3pThe IEC Low Voltage Division is a technology leader delivering a full range of energy-efficient low voltage motors, including ultra-efficient solutions such as IE5 SynRM (synchronous reluctance motors).
