In this role, you will bridge day-to-day fulfillment execution with end-to-end process optimization, turning operational data into actionable efficiency gains.Main ResponsibilitiesKPI Monitoring & Analysis:Define, track, and analyze key warehouse operational metrics (stock turnover, OTD, picking/packing accuracy, handling cost per unit, and cycle times).Warehouse Process Optimization:Analyze inbound, put-away, storage, and outbound flows to identify bottlenecks and implement layout and operational improvements.Inventory Management & Control:Oversee cycle counts and annual physical inventories,
reconcile discrepancies between WMS/ERP and physical stock, and manage shrinkage/damage control.Daily Operational Support:Act as the operational/technical liaison between warehouse floor teams and Spanish HQ, ensuring compliance with operating standards.Reporting to HQ:Build dashboards (Power BI / Excel) and weekly/monthly operational tracking reports for the global Operations Management team.RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse operational analysis, continuous improvement, or distribution logistics (retail, FMCG, or e-commerce).Analytical Skills:Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas); hands-on experience with Power BI and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics Navision, etc.) strongly preferred.Methodologies:Practical knowledge of continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, 5S, Kaizen). xysqume Required languages:advanced or native proficiency in Italian, Spanish and English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
