Operations & Support Systems Lead
Bending Spoons in Milan is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to join our Customer Support team. You'll work on day-to-day operations and long-term projects, building processes and systems that enable us to deliver excellent support at scale.
As part of the team, you'll help design AI-powered solutions, work with Product and Engineering to translate support insights into product improvements, and shape the support experience for newly acquired products.
