About the Role
Desort is a nationwide recruitment and staffing firm helping dental practices hire qualified professionals. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven sales representative to acquire new dental practice clients through outbound calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Important: This is a 100% commission-only position with no base salary, hourly pay, or guaranteed income. Earnings depend entirely on the business you generate.
Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to dental practices nationwide.

Connect with practice owners, office managers, and hiring decision-makers.

Identify hiring needs and introduce Desort's recruitment services.

Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into new clients.

Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
Qualifications

Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, business development, or staffing sales preferred.

Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
-
Comfortable with rejection and consistent outbound prospecting.

Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.

Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.

Dental industry experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
