As a Hardware Engineer, you will contribute to the design and development of electronic systems for components, including control boards, sensor interfaces, and power management circuits.

Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines;
Strong foundation in digital and analog electronics;
Good knowledge of circuit simulation tools;
Strong understanding of electronic measurement instrumentation;
Knowledge of Altium or similar tools;
Good command of Italian and English;
Strong motivation towards TMC's Employeneurship model.
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract and a Gross Annual Salary (RAL) starting at no less than €31,000, in compliance with the National Collective Labor Contract (CCNL) Commerce - Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.
At the end of the selection process,
after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may propose a final RAL higher than the amount indicated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes:
a component for profit-sharing from the project;
an annual individual budget for training and professional development amounting to €4,000 net;
