The role requires a minimum of five years post-qualification experience in practice, effective management and team leadership skills, strong design sensibilities, excellent technical skills, a flexible mentality, and extensive experience in managing all project stages, from concept to construction and site supervision.
The successful applicants will have the following:
- master's degree in architecture/interior design
- minimum of five years of proven experience in working on international, high-profile projects
- effective project management and team leadership abilities
- strong conceptual,
graphic and design skills, illustrated in a comprehensive portfolio
- extensive coordination experience with clients, contractors, and consultants
- technical design knowledge to resolve architectural solutions through innovative thinking
- excellent communication xivgfpx skills, proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous desire to both learn from and mentor others
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- strong proficiency in 3D and 2D software ( AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, 3ds Max, Corona, etc.)
- excellent proficiency in French, English, Italian
