Requirements:
- Business ownership or management experience: Demonstrable professional experience as an active owner, operator, or primary manager of a business in the food and beverage, hospitality and lodging, local services, or retail sectors.
- Verified Google Business Profile: Current ownership or active management of a verified Google Business Profile associated with your business is mandatory.
- Operational business knowledge: A strong understanding of day-to-day business activities, customer engagement, local search visibility, and digital storefront management.
- Analytical and communication skills: Ability to identify technical inaccuracies, explain user experience issues, and provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback.
