We're currently seeking an Belgian -qualified Commercial Technology Lawyer to join a leading technology-focused business on an interim basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer with strong experience supporting software, SaaS, cloud, and digital businesses within a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
Advising on software licensing, SaaS, cloud services, and technology agreements
Supporting product, sales, procurement, and commercial teams on strategic transactions
Advising on licensing, intellectual property, and technology-related matters
Negotiating customer, supplier, reseller, and partnership agreements
Providing pragmatic, business-focused legal advice to stakeholders across the organisation
Supporting regulatory and compliance matters affecting digital products and services
About You Qualified lawyer in Belguim
Based in Brussels
7+ PQE
Strong experience in:
Commercial contracts
Software licensing
SaaS agreements
Cloud services agreements
Technology transactions
Intellectual Property and licensing
Previous experience within a technology, software, SaaS, cloud, digital, or telecommunications business
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Fluent In Dutch/French and English language skills
Immediate start preferred
Initial 6-month contract with strong likelihood of extension
