Process Development and Industrialization Associate
To strengthen our Process Development and Industrialization function, we are looking for a Process Development and Industrialization Associate to join a structured and evolving environment. What you will do You will be responsible for the development, optimization, and implementation of production processes, working actively both in the laboratory and on pilot plants.
- You will carry out activities in the laboratory and pilot plant for the implementation of production steps, the development of new processes, and the optimization of existing ones.
- You will contribute to defining experimental activities and solving emerging problems.
- You will perform activities related to the scale-up or scale-down of processes in the context of developing new technologies.
- You will execute laboratory or pilot plant activities for the creation and optimization of processes.
- You will evaluate the results obtained, comparing them with expected limits and values, and contribute to investigations of any out-of-specification results.
- You will be responsible for drafting reports and technical updates on the progress of activities.
- You will write operating procedures (SOPs) and complex scientific technical documents.
- You will identify effective solutions to problems that arise during experimental trials. Requirements and required skills
