Questa posizione risponde a: Chapter Lead Your role and responsibilities ABB Smart Power’s Digital Agile Unit develops and operates energy management and control solutions for industrial customers, critical infrastructure, and data centers. The Digital Innovation Agile Team explores new technologies and customer needs to identify opportunities that can create real customer value. This is a new role that will establish continuous user research within the team,
strengthen discovery across the Digital Agile Unit, and bring customer evidence into product and innovation decisions. The person will have a high level of autonomy and will work closely with Local Sales Organizations, key account teams, product, engineering, and data science. Europe You will be mainly accountable for:
- Establishing and leading a continuous UX research practice across the Digital Innovation Agile Team and support wider adoption across the Digital Agile Unit.
- Planning and conducting ongoing discovery

The person will have a high level of autonomy and will work closely with Local Sales Organizations, key account teams, product, engineering, and data science.
