Study Abroad Residence Hall Director — Florence
The Resident Director oversees residential life for Benedictine College students studying abroad in the Florence, Italy program. This position is based in Florence for 3 months and is a tempo parziale role, up to 20 hours per week. Responsibilities include supervising resident assistants, supporting student wellbeing, coordinating with the Florence Program Director, enforcing policies, and fostering intercultural development through programs and community engagement.
