The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organisational skills, with previous experience in the automotive aftersales or spare parts sector. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage spare parts orders, overseeing the entire process from order receipt through to fulfilment. /li liMonitor spare parts availability and manage any supply-related issues or shortages. /li liProvide daily operational support to the service network and dealerships on spare parts, orders, and logistics-related matters.
/li liCollaborate with the Aftersales, Service, and China Logistics departments to ensure high service levels. /li liPrepare and update periodic reports on sales, stock levels, backorders, and performance KPIs. /li liAnalyse data and monitor performance to identify opportunities for improvement. /li liMaintain and update spare parts databases and related information systems. /li liSupport inventory planning activities and stock optimisation. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in spare parts and/or aftersales. /li liGood understanding of spare parts management processes and service network operations. /li liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting. /li liGood command of written and spoken English. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liGood organisational and interpersonal skills. /li liTeam-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus. /li /ul pWe are building a zero-emission future that reconnects humanity with nature and a world of clean air.
