Responsibilities:
/h3 ul lipReview and evaluate AI-generated content about talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and hiring processes /p /li lipAssess AI suggestions on candidate evaluation, interview processes, and applicant experience, providing practical feedback /p /li lipCreate realistic scenarios and case studies based on your expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition /p /li lipDevelop scenario variations embodying industry best practices, compliance, and risk considerations /p /li lipIdentify risks and improvement areas in AI-generated outputs, delivering precise, actionable feedback /p /li lipGuide AI models to better mirror real-world recruitment and talent acquisition concepts /p /li /ul h3About You: /h3 ul lipExperience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR,
