Italian Banking Support Specialist – Lisbon
Cross Border Talents is seeking Italian-speaking Banking & Financial Services specialists to join an international customer support team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries by phone, email and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
Working in a full-time role (40 hours per week) on a rotating shift, you will support banking transactions, fraud cases, disputes and chargebacks while helping customers with empathy and diligence.
