Molex is seeking a senior leader to drive software architecture and development capability for high-precision automation systems. You will combine hands-on technical work with leadership, coaching and standardisation across control, supervision and industrial data solutions.

Responsibilities include defining scalable architectures, mentoring engineers, owning the control-software scope, and delivering PLC/HMI/vision/motion-control solutions across Europe and globally.
