Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role In this role, you will take on both team leadership and hands-on technical responsibilities. You will coordinate a distributed team, drive development activities and contribute directly to the implementation and quality of complex GUI solutions.
- Lead and develop a distributed,
cross-site team, including regular 1:1 meetings, goal setting, performance reviews, team development and conflict management
- Plan and coordinate development activities, including time planning, milestone tracking and management reporting, as well as coordinating build management and release processes
- Ensure high technical quality through performance optimization, bug fixing and continuous attention to software quality
- Develop complex GUI components and features using Qt6, QML and C++ while making use of agile development methods
- Manage key stakehold
