Your role and responsibilities
Join ABB's Motion Traction team as a Product Manager where your technical expertise is fundamental in evaluating customer quotation requests, selecting the best technical solution, and securing project wins. Operating across our Centers of Excellence in Genoa (Italy) and Berlin (Germany),
you will contribute to the evolution of ABB's auxiliary converter portfolio through cutting-edge solutions based on innovative topologies and next-generation semiconductors.
You will work alongside global ABB Traction teams while collaborating with Sales, R&D;, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure that every solution proposed is technically valid and commercially profitable.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Lead development of complete technical proposals
- Conduct pre-project assessments to evaluate feasibility and define optimal solution strategy
- Review customer technical specifications for clarity and alignment with
