Customer Service & Back Office Specialist
pWe are looking for a bCustomer Service Back-Office Specialist /bto join our Italian manufacturing plant in Ostiglia (MN) and support our commercial activities across the Italian, German and French markets. /ppThis is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys taking responsibility,b managing customer inquiries /b, preparing bcommercial quotations and handling orders /b. /ppWorking closely with Industrial Engineering, Production and Sales, the position combines day‑to‑day back‑office activities with a proactive commercial approach. /ppbKey responsibilities: /b /pulliManage customer inquiries and bprepare commercial quotations /b, consolidating costs and verifying pricing and commercial conditions with Ind. Engineering and Sales. /liliManage bcustomer orders /b, ensuring consistency with agreed quotations and coordinating delivery dates and changes with the relevant departments. /liliFollow up on outstanding quotations, tracking customer feedback and offer outcomes. /liliProactively identify bnew business opportunities /b, researching potential customers and reactivating inactive customers. /liliMaintain accurate customer,
quotation and order information in the ERP system, and prepare sales reports and commercial documentation. /li /ulpbWhat we are looking for: /b /pulli2+ years of experience in Sales Back Office, Customer Service, Sales Support or similar roles, preferably within small or medium‑sized manufacturing companies. /liliExperience in quotation preparation, order management and customer relationships. /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems; MAGO is a plus. /lilibFluent in English /b; German and other foreign languages are a plus. /lilibProactive commercial mindset /b, customer‑oriented approach and ability to manage daily activities autonomously in a small manufacturing environment. /liliStrong organizational and problem‑solving skills, with accuracy and attention to detail. /li /ulpbWhat we offer: /b /pulliContract under the Italian CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria. /liliAnnual gross salary of €28,000 - €35,000, plus meal vouchers. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
