Global Cooling Service Pre-Sales Support
Role Provide global pre-sales and quotation support to Schneider Electric Front Offices for current and future Cooling Service opportunities. The role translates customer requirements into accurate, competitive, and executable service quotations by adapting standard service offers, scopes, costing models, and technical content to local and project-specific needs. Act as the technical and commercial interface among Front Offices, Service and Cooling Lines of Business, R&D;, and manufacturing sites. The role also supports modernization and future EcoFit opportunities by identifying installed cooling product configurations, reviewing product Bills of Materials, and defining the parts and scope required for upgrades.
Key Responsibility Areas
Global Quotation & Front Office Support
- Support SE Front Offices worldwide in preparing quotations for standard and customized Cooling Service opportunities.
- Manage quotation requirements across Installation & Commissioning, lifecycle services, on-demand interventions, spare parts, and future EcoCare offers.
- Clarify customer requirements, assumptions, exclusions, deliverables and responsibilities before quotation release.
- Provide timely technical and commercial guidance, ensuring consistency between the proposed scope, costing logic and execution model.
