What You'll Do

You will join BCG Milan’s HR Department, within the EMC (East Mediterranean & Caspian) Career Services & Alumni team, with a specific focus on the Alumni side. BCG Alumni are a strategic asset for the Firm: a global network of former colleagues who act as ambassadors, clients, partners and sources of talent. You will help keep the EMC Alumni community engaged and connected to BCG and contribute to reporting on community engagement and to special projects aimed at strengthening the Alumni offering in the geographical system
