Talent Acquisition Specialist
Unox S.p.A., a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as one of the top 100 workplaces in Europe, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources Team.
Responsabilità
- Full-cycle recruitment management: overseeing the entire selection process, from job posting and resume screening to conducting interviews.
- Active candidate sourcing: utilizing recruitment channels, internal databases, and professional social networks (LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify profiles aligned with business requirements.
- Staffing agency management: coordinating with external recruitment partners (APL) for permanent and temporary staffing, while monitoring the progress of delegated selection processes.
- Talent Acquisition at Career Days:
actively participating in university career fairs to identify top talent, map skills, and build a consistent candidate pipeline (Talent Pool).
Requisiti
- Language proficiency: it is necessary to refer to an excellent command of English and Italian – please note that our selection process includes a dedicated language assessment via telephone.
- Knowledge of French and/or Spanish represents a plus;
- Experience: at least 1-2 year of experience in Recruitment and Selection activities.
