Mission
The Junior Optical & Photonics Engineer supports the development, testing, validation,
and performance assessment of optical, photonic, and optoelectronic systems and components. The role focuses particularly on high-power fibre lasers, optical amplifiers, fibre-optic systems, and electro-optical technologies. It combines technical analysis, numerical modelling, laboratory activities, experimental testing, and engineering documentation throughout the different phases of system development and technology assessment.
