As a Junior Account Manager for the DACH market, you will be responsible for building and developing strong relationships with our hospitality customers,
helping them get the most value from Smartness and supporting them in achieving their business objectives. You will act as a trusted partner for your customers: understanding how their business works, analysing their performance, identifying opportunities, and translating data and market dynamics into practical recommendations. This is not a traditional account management role. You will combine relationship management with business consulting, data analysis, and hospitality expertise.
