What you will do For a cluster of customers, the person will be responsible of:
- Customer management end to end
- The entire order flow, from order entry to delivery
- Sales condition entry & update
- Customer master data maintenance
- Logistic activities such as Direct Deliveries and Booking slot Management
- Claim management and related credit/debit note flow
- Flow Analysis and Projects management
What you need to succeed Must have
- Education: Accounting Background (bachelor in Economics or similar)
- Professional Experience: 3/5 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in a modern and str
