Internship in E-Commerce Operations
Rome (RM) Start Date: November 2026
Your Role
As an Intern you will be part of our Operations CS for Philip Morris Italia and will be reporting to Manager Ecommerce Process & Service Delivery B2C. The position will be based in Rome. In your role, you will join Operations CS Team supporting subject matter experts in delivering business requirements, executing/documenting tests (on processes and systems) and run retrospective sessions.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and validate orders placed by B2B customers (Direct Retail, Indirect Retail) to the Distributor and by consumers on e-commerce (B2C) , ensuring optimal stock allocation across the distribution network;
- Consolidate Weekly Stock Accessories Availability report for Direct Retail and Indirect Retail (incl. New Launches,
Initiatives and Special Projects) in PM Italy reporting suite.
- Management of Direct purchases for Brand Retail (events, visual merchandising, fair & events);
- Support e commerce operational activities such as customer orders, stock management, last mile deliveries and payments.
Skills & Capabilities
- Degree in Economics, Engineering or related fields;
- Literacy in Office Suite, particularly MS Excel;
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
- Fluency in English and in Italian is mandatory, and will be tested throughout the interview process.
