Release Management Analyst - Internship
Within the Insurance in a Box program at Generali Core Tech, we are seeking a Release Management Analyst to coordinate and govern software releases across multiple countries and environments. Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Maintaining the release roadmap across all countries adopting the Insurance in a Box platform.
- Support Project, Operations, Architecture, Infrastructure, QA, PM, and PMO teams to coordinate technical, operational, and governance activities across all environments.
- Ensuring compliance with release processes and quality standards.
- Tracking the activities required to successfully deliver releases while managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Supporting release planning,
deployment readiness assessments and post-release validation activities to ensure successful production outcomes.
- Degree in STEM disciplines or a strong focus on technology and innovation.
- Aptitude for working with Interdisciplinary teams (both business and technical).
- Basic knowledge of release management processes or modern CI/CD release processes for cloud-native applications.
- Strong inclination towards process improvement.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
