Questa posizione risponde a: Industrial Engineering Manager Your role and responsibilities You will lead a strategic team within our Industrial Engineering function. This role combines technical expertise with people leadership, overseeing the development and optimization of production processes across two critical streams: Internal Process Management and Special Process Development. You will drive technological innovation, manage resources strategically,
and ensure continuous technological evolution of our production lines. Work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite. In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
- Lead and manage a team of Production Engineering Specialists, providing coaching, development, and performance management while fostering innovation and continuous improvement mindset.
- Direct the Internal Processes stream: oversee technological improvements initiatives, prioritize investments, monitor OEE and efficiency KPIs, and ensure optimal retur
