The challenge
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced FP&A; Lead to join our Finance, Performance & Analysis team based in our European HQ in Vimercate (MB). This role is pivotal in driving financial insight, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring robust financial planning and reporting processes across the organization.
What you will do
Main Activities:
- Coordinate the preparation and presentation of executive-level reports and financial reviews, synthesizing data from various departments and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Drive the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring consistency and integrity across scenarios and alignment with business goals.
- Act as a key finance partner to business controlling functions, leading ad hoc analysis and strategic assessments to support decision-making.
- Champion continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives in FP&A; processes, tools, and reporting.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture within the function.
