Maintenance Engineer
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to support the Maintenance and CAPEX Organization by improving asset reliability, developing maintenance strategies, and providing engineering expertise to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective plant operations. The ideal candidate will also participate in a development program called Growing in Manufacturing, focused on learning through on-the-job experience though process, specialty and factory rotations. Key Responsabilities Reliability
- Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes (RCA).
- Develop and implement corrective actions to improve asset reliability.
- Monitor equipment performance through KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, Availability).
- Identify recurring failures and propose permanent technical solutions.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
- Develop and optimize preventive maintenance plans.
- Introduce predictive maintenance techniques and condition monitoring.
- Improve maintenance strategies based on equipment criticality.
- Review maintenance procedures and standard job plans.
Engineering
- Provide technical support to Maintenance Leader and CAPEX Leader.
- Support troubleshooting of complex technical issues.
- Prepare technical specifications for equipment modifications.
