WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
You will employed by BASF Agricultural Solutions Italy S.r.l.
- Managing EHS Specialist and RSPP responsabilities for BASF small sites in Italy, ensuring compliance with Italian Health & Safety legislation and internal EHS standards.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the EHS management system, including BASF Responsible Care requirements,
procedures, and governance.
- Promote a strong safety culture across Italian sites through EHS campaigns, training initiatives, Safety Days, and Behavior-Based Safety programs.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure the timely implementation of required actions related to health, safety, environment, process safety, and security.
- Coordinate risk assessments, incident investigations, corrective actions, emergency preparedness activities, and site safety reviews.
- Support environmental compliance activities, including emissions, water, waste management, supplier audits,
