IT Business Analyst - Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Purpose of the position
As Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will be part of Saipem’s structured AI LAB department within the Digital and IT unit. You will design,
manage and bring to production intelligent workflows that automate IT and business processes, integrating AI models, task orchestration and enterprise systems.
How can you support us?
- Analyze processes and identify AI automation opportunities.
- Design multi-step and agentic AI workflows and integrate them with enterprise systems, APIs and Azure services.
- Automate tasks and decision management, implementing appropriate controls and fallbacks.
- Monitor quality, performance and exceptions.
- Document solution architectures and process flows.
