Purpose of the position: As Liquidated Damages Officer you will respond to the Liquidated Damages Management and be part of the Supply Chain.
How can you support us?
- Assess Contractual Entitlement to Liquidated Damages:
Review supply contracts, project documentation, and performance records to determine whether contractual conditions for the application of Liquidated Damages have been met, and evaluate the Company's entitlement to claim compensation for delays or contractual breaches.
- Calculate and Validate Liquidated Damages: Collect and analyze information from corporate systems and project stakeholders, perform Liquidated Damages calculations in accordance with contractual provisions, and prepare the supporting documentation required for internal validation and approval.
