Digital Project Engineer
TXT e-Tech, a TXT Group company, is looking for a Project Engineer to be included in innovative digital projects, with a focus on software solutions, digital platforms, data-driven services, artificial intelligence, digital twin, and web and mobile applications. The selected person will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring complex digital initiatives, ensuring the achievement of project objectives within agreed timelines, costs, quality, and requirements. They will act as a point of reference between business functions and technical teams, translating operational needs into effective digital solutions and accompanying the entire project lifecycle, from initial analysis to release.
Main Responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage end-to-end digital projects,
from initiation to closure;
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, budget, roadmap, and KPIs;
- Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and change requests, promptly identifying any corrective actions;
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies according to project needs.
Functional and Technical Coordination
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications;
- Coordinate activities related to software development, application integrations, data flows, and digital architecture
