For our stores in Turin, we are looking for a Store Manager (m/f/d) The Store Manager at Fielmann is the decisive figure for our success, personally ensuring, with their team, the satisfaction of all our customers and the achievement of company objectives. What your main responsibilities will be:
- 360-degree store management
- Planning, coordinating, motivating, and growing the team
- Monitoring performance and achieving company objectives
- Constant and effective application of company guidelines and our Customer Experience
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in leadership roles within the retail sector
- Strong organizational, communication, and management skills
- Orientation towards quality, customer satisfaction, and team growth
- Preferable optical qualification and/or experience in the optical sector
