Senior Technical Lead
Within GOSP Generali Operations Service Platform, we are looking for a Senior Technical Lead to support our Global Digital Factory in delivering and driving the following key activities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of software products and strategic technology initiatives, being hands-on on both frontend (Flutter, modern web) and backend (Java/Spring Boot, microservices) codebases.
- Define and evolve solution architectures aligned with business goals and enterprise standards, ensuring consistency across distributed systems.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to squad teams, supporting critical design and implementation decisions with direct code involvement if necessary.
- Drive engineering excellence through modern development practices, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, reliability, and operational requirements, owning security by design across the full stack (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, OWASP, secure design patterns).
- Own security, compliance and risk assessments, as well as cloud policy and cloud adoption evaluation.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, scrum masters, and business stakeholders to transform requirements into effective technical solutions.
