You will have the opportunity to support consulting activities in valuation, also for financial reporting purposes, as well as financial modeling and the preparation/review of business plans. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the analysis of market and sector trends, evaluating their impact on companies and individual business units
- Applying the main methodologies for the valuation of companies, business units, intangible assets in the context of ordinary and extraordinary operations for financial reporting purposes
- Leading the performance of impairment tests and purchase price allocations for financial reporting purposes
- Proactively interpreting client needs, identifying consistent methodologies and approaches
- Independently developing initiatives and solut
