Sales Agent
Chameleon Travel Shop is a company specializing in personalized travel experiences, with a presence in destinations such as Australia, New Zealand, Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Scandinavia. We work with travel agents and individual travelers worldwide, offering tailor-made itineraries, small group tours, and much more. We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team, working remotely from Italy. What you will do:
* Respond promptly to requests from travel agents and private clients
* Prepare personalized itineraries based on each client's preferences and budget, using the company's internal system
* Confirm and monitor reservations, maintaining regular contact with the team, guides, and local suppliers
* Ensure all travel documentation is correct and sent to clients well in advance
* Provide assistance to clients during their trips What we are looking for:
* Residence in Italy
* Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in tourism operations
* Own computer and stable internet connection
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-oriented approach
* Knowledge of other languages (desirable)
