AI Agent&Copilot Automation Developer
We are looking for an AI Agent & Copilot Automation Developer to design, develop and deploy AI-powered agents and business process automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building conversational AI solutions and integrating them into enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop and maintain AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
* Configure conversational topics, prompts, instructions, actions and agent workflows.
* Build end-to-end business process automations using Power Automate.
* Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams and external enterprise systems.
* Implement RAG solutions using SharePoint, Dataverse and other enterprise data sources.
* Develop integrations using REST APIs, JSON, webhooks and custom connectors.
* Configure authentication, permissions and secure access through Microsoft Entra ID.
* Test, deploy and maintain agents and automation workflows in production environments.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse processes and identify automation opportunities. Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
* 2+ years of experience in business process automation.
* Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and conversational AI development..
* Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse.
* Experience integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
* Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, OAuth and Microsoft Entra ID.
* Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering and RAG architectures.
* Knowledge of Power Platform connectors, custom actions and workflow orchestration.
* Familiarity with security, governance and data access management. Preferred Qualifications
* Experience delivering enterprise AI agents and automation solutions in production.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure AI services.
* Experience in consulting or customer-facing technology projects.
* Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
